The Truth about Fenty Beauty

Fenty Beauty’s Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation is the perfect colour match for all complexions as shades are based on your colouring and undertones – meaning that the extensive foundation range is designed to take account of whether you have warm, neutral or cool tone skin. I wear shade 170 based on a fair complexion and cool tone base. You can use the Fenty Face Shade Finder to discover your exact match. I would describe this foundation as a full to medium coverage, meaning if your skin is not looking perfect this will still give you a great finish and enough coverage without drying cakey – a light, gentle formula is always a winner.

I add a light, golden bronze to the Filt’r Foundation with the “Instant Warmth Bronzer” in shade “Inda Sun” – the pressed bronzing powder has a natural, golden finish with no overly orange tones (perfect for cool skin undertone types) . Recommend running it along your jaw line and under your cheekbones for a quick touch of definition and skulpting without looking overdone. The Fenty makeup line appears to be focused on enhancing your natural beauty through selection the correct shades and compimentary tones rather than looking obviously made up.

Mattemoiselle Lipstick in the shade “Thicc”– the mauve slim sized lipstick, is a bold, matte and super pigmented lipstick. The gold packaging has a quality to it that reminds me of Chanel and it takes up no room in your purse.
